Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
