Job Responsibility:
Planning and implementing recruitment activities
Coordinating hiring process by writing and advertising job openings, tracking and corresponding with applicants, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers
Conducting new hire orientation and helping organize HR and leadership training & development initiatives
Documenting compliance with OFCCP regulations and GSBS Affirmative Action Plan
Administering benefits programs & working directly with employees to help them understand & resolve any issues they may have with their benefits
Collaborating with the HR Director to provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
Conducting exit interviews and recommending corrective action if applicable
Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Undertaking tasks around performance management and annual review process
Fostering effective communication office-wide
Requirements:
5 years of experience in a professional services environment
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and all forms of social media
