We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day human resources functions on a contract, onsite basis. This role will assist with a broad range of HR activities, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, adaptable, and comfortable supporting employees and leadership in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support daily HR operations, including employee relations and HR administration
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientations
Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Assist with performance management processes and employee documentation
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
Support recruiting efforts, including interview coordination and offer documentation
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and special projects as needed
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Requirements:
Previous experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
