Job Responsibility:
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
Administer benefits and compensation programs
Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Assist in developing, implementing, and improving HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist responsibilities
Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Experience with HRIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team
