We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions and resolving concerns
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems
Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
Partner with leadership on performance management and employee development
Support payroll coordination and ensure timely, accurate processing
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of HR experience (generalist experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
