Our client, a leading company in the technology sector, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support their dynamic and innovative team. This role requires a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive HR support across key functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Partner with managers and employees to address HR-related queries and resolve workplace issues
Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records
Support the rollout and communication of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience
Help drive the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practices
Stay current with employment laws and ensure HR processes comply with all relevant regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in an HR generalist or similar role, preferably in the technology sector
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
