We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will oversee key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace environment. You will play a critical role in implementing HR policies and supporting organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Lead recruitment efforts across various business units, managing multiple job openings simultaneously
Oversee employee onboarding processes, including background checks and communications for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition
Administer HR programs, including employee records management, benefits administration, and report generation
Partner with legal counsel to manage immigration programs for employees
Coordinate leave programs while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and labor regulations
Promote and implement HR initiatives to foster an efficient and harmonious workplace
Assist in the creation and execution of human resource policies and performance management strategies
Conduct regular audits of employee files to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
Handle additional HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
2 years of proven experience HR
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with performance management and policy implementation
