The human resources generalist is responsible for executing tasks related to Human Resources, acting as a strategic point of contact for the company's employees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Organizational development, looking at issues of work environment, culture and change management
Promote human resources programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Management of labor relations by taking appropriate measures with employees who violate rules and regulations
Support in the application of Psychosocial Risk Factor surveys and compliance with NOM-035
Design, elaborate and update Human Resources metrics ensuring compliance with the indicators
Develop and implement internal communication strategies
Develop creative content for the different communication channels. Design graphic materials engaging and efficient (printed materials, digital presentations, and videos)
Implementation of HR projects
Administration and follow-up to the "Suggestion Box"
Support for the organization's social events
Requirements:
3 years of experience in human resources
Solid knowledge in Labor Relations
Excellent customer service skills
General knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration or International Business or related
