Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a directly related business field (or equivalent experience in addition to a bachelor’s degree in another discipline)
A minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in human resources or a directly related field to demonstrate sufficient knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the essential functions of the position
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a directly related business field (or equivalent experience in addition to a bachelor’s degree in another discipline), in addition to a related advanced degree and/or a professional human resource-related certification
A minimum of four (4) or more years of experience in human resources or a directly related field to demonstrate sufficient knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the essential functions of the position
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a directly related business field (or equivalent experience in addition to a bachelor’s degree in another discipline), in addition to a professional human resource-related certification
A minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in human resources or a directly related field to demonstrate sufficient knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the essential functions of the position
Nice to have:
Prior experience as a Human Resources Generalist
Experience in higher education
Additional experience beyond the minimum requirements
