We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and partner closely with leadership across multiple locations in the Greater Sacramento and Central California region. This is an on-site role in Sacramento that requires strong teamwork with managers and field operations.
Job Responsibility:
Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts
Assist with employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
Help administer HR programs including benefits, leave, training, and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll-related processes and HRIS data entry
Assist with open enrollment and benefits communication
Partner with leadership to ensure consistent policy implementation
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing confidential information
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management
Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Nice to have:
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
