A growing and dynamic organization in North County San Diego is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support core HR functions across employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. This is a well-rounded, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being involved in both strategic and day-to-day HR initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Support employee relations, including coaching managers and resolving workplace issues
Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with California labor laws
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with performance management and employee development programs
Support benefits administration and open enrollment
Maintain HRIS systems and employee records
Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and workforce planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in a HR Generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom, Workday, etc.)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
