Job Description:

Support full-spectrum HR operations in a fast-paced environment; exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview arrangements, and offer preparation
Facilitate employee onboarding & offboarding
maintain accurate personnel records and documentation
Assist in HR system updates, data input, and generation of standard reports
Support internal communication, employee engagement activities, and HR events
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of employee movements and HR inquiries
Provide general HR administrative support and participate in ad hoc HR projects as needed

Requirements:

Diploma or degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a large-scale or fast-paced organisation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
detail-minded and team-oriented
Familiar with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin preferred)
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
