Job Description

Bridgesoft is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and workplace efficiency, supporting both people and business operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management using HRMS and payroll systems
  • Support performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance handling
  • Coordinate training programs and manage employee upskilling initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and support external and internal audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and office administration
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS / payroll / attendance systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain strict confidentiality
