Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Coordinate and execute employee onboarding and induction programs
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support attendance, and leave management
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
