We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR functions within our organization. This role is responsible for developing people strategies, supporting organizational growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to leadership, an effective people manager, and a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic planning with operational execution.
Job Responsibility
Manage all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits and compliance
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational objectives
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
Foster an inclusive, team-focused, and high-performing organizational culture
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Direct employee engagement and retention initiatives
Oversee HR systems, reporting, and metrics
Coach and advise managers on employee-related matters
Guide and develop the HR team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR executive experience
Experience in Luxury Hospitality segment is welcomed
Proven knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Demonstrated track record in organizational development
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
Visionary thinker with solid operational capabilities
Experience managing change and driving organizational growth
