A growing, multi-site healthcare organization in Westchester County is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and elevate the HR function during an important phase of organizational growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior HR leader who can bring structure, accountability, and process improvement to a complex, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to build stronger HR systems, improve workflows, and partner closely with leadership across Finance and Operations.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and evolve the HR function across a growing healthcare organization
Improve and streamline HR processes, policies, and workflows
Create structure, accountability, and consistency across the employee lifecycle
Partner with Finance and Operations on workforce planning, payroll coordination, and staffing support
Strengthen employee relations, compliance, and HR administration
Leverage HR technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership experience
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Proven success improving HR systems, processes, and infrastructure
Experience in growing or complex environments
Strong HRIS/payroll systems experience
Paychex is a plus
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
Master's degree preferred, but not required
