Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity
Payroll oversight and hands-on payroll experience
Union experience
Recruit and hire top talent to fill key positions across the organization
Deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
Develop and manage employee training programs to promote skill development and career advancement
Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC
Serve as a subject matter expert on HR-related matters and provide guidance to employees
Requirements:
Prior experience in HR leadership or management
