Collaborate with division leadership to shape people strategies that support long-term plans, annual objectives, and day-to-day business goals
Translate business needs into practical HR initiatives by evaluating workforce capabilities, identifying gaps, and recommending actions that strengthen organizational performance

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
At least 5 years of progressive human resources leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or a related industrial environment
Demonstrated knowledge across multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and leadership development
Strong ability to influence senior leaders, provide sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Effective analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience building talent pipelines, supporting workforce planning, and aligning HR programs with business strategy
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
An advanced degree or HR certification is preferred
