Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement innovative people engagement strategies
Mentor managers in team development, performance feedback, promotions, and succession planning
Lead compensation, rewards, and special recognition initiatives
Cultivate strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Enhance employee engagement and retention through data-driven insights
Guide managers on employee relations cases, coaching, and resolution
Promote positive communication via town halls, newsletters, and updates
Assess and address training and development needs, supporting budgeting and planning
Oversee organizational structure changes and mentor the HR team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ HR experience required
Knowledge of HRIS (Paylocity preferred)
SHRM or HRCI certification
Proven expertise in performance management, employee relations, compensation, rewards, and benefits
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build trust, counsel, and mediate with sensitivity
Thorough understanding of federal/state legal compliance, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA
Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
