A global medical manufacturing organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team! Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for building and leading an HR function that supports scale, execution, and a performance-driven culture within a highly regulated environment. This opportunity requires an on-site presence, 5 days/week!
Job Responsibility
Build and lead the HR function aligned to business strategy, growth goals, and regulatory requirements
Translate company priorities into focused people strategies across hiring, development, and succession
Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen accountability, performance, and leadership effectiveness
Design and implement practical HR processes that support speed while meeting compliance and quality standards
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations
Support post-acquisition integration and organizational scaling in a regulated manufacturing environment
Ensure compliance with U.S. and applicable international labor laws, industry regulations, and internal quality systems
Leverage meaningful HR metrics to improve talent decisions and workforce planning
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Master's preferred
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments required
Must be willing to be on-site 5 days/week
Proven experience supporting growth, change, and executive leadership teams
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR systems within regulated industries
Sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguity
