Job Description

The mission will be to support the Head of HR Develop in Malaysia to create, develop and implement a Talent Acquisition Strategy, Talent Development Framework and Headcount Management and Workforce Planning for Airbus in Malaysia. Be a key driver in enhancing the talent lifecycle, from attracting top-tier talent to supporting the Team Review annual process ultimately fostering employee growth and engagement across Airbus Malaysia. Assess new HR Develop ideas from Central and Region and pilot suitable HR Develop ideas in Airbus Malaysia.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop partnerships with local universities and build talent pipelines in Airbus Malaysia
  • Enhance our local Employer Brand through social media content (LinkedIn, Glassdoor) and internal events
  • Develop an Employer Value Proposition in line with the global, regional and local strategy
  • Coordinate and ensure full implementation of all Training & Development programs conducted aligns with the Airbus Malaysia Organizational Training Plan
  • Source external training providers and manage the logistics of workshops
  • Assist in the rollout of all training & development initiatives and track completion rates
  • Design and implement a knowledge bank on Workday end to end processes, and act as a focal point for troubleshooting all employee issues
  • Create a HR Develop handbook to support the HR team when it comes to employment marketing, learning, and talent management
  • Partner the Head of Leadership University in APAC to facilitate Leadership University programmes in Malaysia
  • Work closely with Talent Management in APAC to identify talents in Malaysia and support the Talent Management in APAC
  • Assist in creating individual development plans for the identified Talents from the annual Team Review process
  • Maintain and update the list of identified ‘Critical Knowledge Owners’ and ‘Critical CompetenceOwners’ for all legal entities in Airbus Malaysia
  • Assist with the execution of Succession Planning and Critical Knowledge Owners development and knowledge transfer initiatives
  • VIE will be responsible for headcount management and reporting for the region, ensuring that all employees are tagged to the right function to be submitted to Central

Requirements

  • European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco)
  • graduates up to and including 28 years old
  • have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
  • must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28
  • Educated to Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, general management or a related discipline
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources (apprenticeships and internships included)
  • Google environment

  • Proactive to identify problems and suggest solutions
  • Communication skills : confident to present a project to the management
  • Language Skills: English (advanced)
