Our client has an immediate need for a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role will assist with onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee record management, and HR administrative support. The position offers stable hours of approximately 7:30/8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM and provides the opportunity to grow within an HR team following a recent internal promotion. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity designed to support the HR department during a leadership transition while ensuring continuity across core HR functions.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, new hire orientation scheduling, and system setup
Maintain and update employee records within HR systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation
Support full-cycle recruitment coordination, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with background check processing
Organize and assist with employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs while providing general HR support
Serve as backup support for payroll processing when needed
Assist HR leadership with general administrative HR tasks and departmental coordination
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR coordination, or HR administration
Experience supporting recruiting coordination, onboarding, or employee records management
Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems
Paylocity experience strongly preferred (ATS and payroll modules)
Bilingual in Spanish or German preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
