Job Description:

Human Resources Coordinator position at Mulu Marriott Resort & Spa, responsible for administrative HR functions including filing, correspondence, mail distribution, office supplies, phone calls, employee files, candidate assistance, and maintaining confidentiality of employee records while following company policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Create and maintain filing systems
Create and type office correspondence using a computer
Distribute and route mail
Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms
Answer phone calls and record messages
Create new employee personnel file
Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures
Maintain space designated for completing applications
Respond to questions from employees and management regarding company programs
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
