3+ years of experience providing administrative support, and/or managing projects

Maintain Human Resources standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Be apart of creating an exceptional new hire experience by being a point of contact before their first day, coordinating the completion of new hire paperwork, and assisting with new hire orientation as needed
Manage Form I-9s by verifying I-9 documentation and maintaining I-9 files to compliance standards

Manage internal job postings, application tracking, and eligibility screening
