Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator with at least 1–3 years of performing Human Resources functions. The candidate will support the day-to-day Human Resources functions of the facility. This role ensures a smooth employee experience while supporting data integrity and administrative needs across multiple departments (i.e. Quality and Training) within the facility.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Point of contact for HR visitors
  • Maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of performing Human Resources functions
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Good communication, customer service, presentation, and organizational skills along with being self-motivated
  • Should have a general knowledge of employment laws and Human Resources policies, procedures with familiarity of the I-9 process
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must have basic computer skills using MS Office programs such as MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Desire to advance into future supervisory role

Nice to have

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems and database management preferred
