Job Description:

Human Resources Coordinator position at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, responsible for administrative HR tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting candidates, and supporting HR programs and policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain filing systems
  • Create and type office correspondence using a computer
  • Distribute and route mail
  • Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms
  • Answer phone calls and record messages
  • Create new employee personnel file
  • Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures
  • Maintain application space clean and accessible
  • Respond to questions from employees and management regarding HR programs
  • Inform HR management of employee relations issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
