Job Description:

Human Resources Coordinator position at Four Points by Sheraton Chongqing Yongchuan, part of Marriott International. The role involves administrative HR functions, maintaining employee records, assisting with applications, and supporting company HR programs and policies in a hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Create and maintain filing systems
Create and type office correspondence using a computer
Distribute and route mail
Order and track Human Resources office supplies and forms
Answer phone calls and record messages
Create new employee personnel file
Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures
Maintain space designated for completing applications
Respond to questions from employees and management regarding company programs
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records
Follow all company policies and procedures
Report accidents and unsafe work conditions
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Enter work-related information using computers
Move, lift, carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
