Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and help ensure a positive employee experience. This role will assist with onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and general HR coordination while supporting compliance and internal processes.
Job Responsibility
Support day-to-day human resources operations and administrative processes
Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities
Maintain accurate employee files, records, and HR databases
Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
Assist with scheduling interviews and supporting recruitment activities
Help prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence
Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations
Respond to employee questions and provide general HR support
Requirements
2+ years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or a related role
Familiarity with HR processes, employee records management, and onboarding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience with benefits administration or recruitment coordination preferred
