Job Responsibility:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and other HR initiatives
Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance
Help organize HR events and employee engagement activities
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is preferred
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
High school diploma required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
