The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for data entry into the HRIS and serve as an expert user in the ATS People System. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for creating and updating employee's digital files and support the HR team, employees, and division in needed areas.
Job Responsibility:
Manage employee changes in the ATS People system
Set up and maintain employee digital files
Set up and maintain the Contractor Manager System
Assist with candidates’ background checks and reference checks
Respond to requests for reference checks and employment verifications
Actively participate in ABM Problem Solving or Kaizen events
Assist Training Coordinator with Employee Training Record retention
Manage employee engagement activities
Ensure that all business activities are performed with highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct
Run ad-hoc system reports as needed
Requirements:
A post-secondary degree specializing in Human Resource or equivalent experience with certification is preferred
Minimum of two years in coordinating and providing related human resources administration services
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products and Internet research skills are required
High level of attention to detail and troubleshooting
Proven ability to manage multiple work priorities
