Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for our Ladies & Gentlemen regarding all HR-related matters
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative processes throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Maintain and manage employee master data and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and internal company policies
  • Conduct and support the recruitment process
  • Prepare newsletters, reports, lists, and internal HR communications
  • Plan, organize, and execute internal events and employee activities
  • Ensure a professional, service-oriented, and confidential approach to all HR-related matters

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in the hospitality industry or a high-end service environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured and independent working style
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and commitment to quality
  • Friendly, open, and service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for creating a positive employee experience
