Job Responsibility
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for our Ladies & Gentlemen regarding all HR-related matters
Coordinate and manage all administrative processes throughout the entire employee life cycle
Maintain and manage employee master data and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and internal company policies
Conduct and support the recruitment process
Prepare newsletters, reports, lists, and internal HR communications
Plan, organize, and execute internal events and employee activities
Ensure a professional, service-oriented, and confidential approach to all HR-related matters
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Initial professional experience in the hospitality industry or a high-end service environment
Strong organizational skills with a structured and independent working style
High level of accuracy, reliability, and commitment to quality
Friendly, open, and service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
additional foreign language skills are an advantage
Passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for creating a positive employee experience
