Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is professional, confidential, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Support day-to-day human resources operations and administrative functions
Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Support payroll, timekeeping, and compliance-related tasks as needed
Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence
Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Provide general support to employees and management on HR-related matters
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
1+ years of human resources, administrative, or office support experience preferred
Knowledge of HR practices, employee records, and onboarding processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
1+ years of human resources, administrative, or office support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
