The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience. This position offers a hybrid schedule—working onsite four days per week with one flexible remote day—while collaborating closely with HR teams and employees. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for HR inquiries, support essential HR processes, and ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of confidentiality and service excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Administer HR processes related to talent acquisition support, internal transfers, organizational management, employee record maintenance, and learning administration
Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded
Collaborate with HR team members to resolve escalations and support process enhancements
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing workloads
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to support and implement process changes
Nice to have:
Experience in HR processes or HR operations
Strong customer service background
Experience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors (Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
