Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator supports the employee lifecycle for an estimated 600 hourly employees across 5 properties. This position assists with the day-to-day HR operations, supports recruiting and onboarding, helps maintain employee files and systems, and serves as a reliable first point of contact for employee questions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Use various modes of communication to help employee questions and escalate to management as needed
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Provide back-up support for scheduling and payroll, as needed
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and return to work orientation sessions
  • Maintain organized employee files, HRIS records and compliance documentation
  • Work with the greater HR team to provide event/game day HR support
  • Support the planning, developing and implementation of employee engagement activities
  • Assist uniform attendants, as needed
  • Partner with management to onboard Non-Profit Organizations
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and execute assignments accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and leadership at all levels
  • Help cultivate an environment of continuous improvement through process refinement and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in Human Resources preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills
  • Strong English verbal/written communication skills
  • A high level of guest service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with HRIS and/or accounting software.
