Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role
Working knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, benefits, and compliance
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
experience with HRIS systems preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset when supporting employees
