Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field
Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration
Familiarity with benefits management and HRIS systems
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in technical tools and software used in HR functions
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred but not required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
