Job Responsibility

  • Competent point of contact for our Ladies & Gentlemen on all HR-related topics
  • Active involvement in the entire recruiting process, including job postings, applicant management, interview coordination, and documentation
  • Organization and scheduling of interviews in close coordination with the departments
  • Support with employer branding initiatives and participation in recruiting events
  • Coordination and implementation of administrative HR processes
  • Maintenance of employee master data and personnel files
  • Handling all onboarding and offboarding formalities
  • Preparation of newsletters and lists
  • Planning and organization of internal events

Requirements

  • Completed training in hospitality, human resources, or a related degree
  • Initial professional experience in HR with a strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Friendly, warm, and open personality
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of organizational skills, initiative, and absolute discretion
  • Confident use of common IT systems (MS Office and Outlook)
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • additional languages are an advantage
