Job Description

This is a contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to oversee HR functions and support employee relations within a dynamic environment. The role requires someone who is detail oriented and can manage administrative tasks, benefit programs, and onboarding processes effectively.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters while fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee the administration of HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
  • Coordinate benefit programs, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with employees
  • Utilize HRIS systems to maintain employee records and streamline HR processes
  • Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization
  • Update and maintain the employee handbook, reflecting current policies and standards
  • Provide guidance to management on HR practices and strategies
  • Support training initiatives to enhance employee development and engagement
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations in all HR-related activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with benefit functions and associated processes
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management
  • Experience with onboarding and orientation programs
  • Ability to update and implement changes to employee handbooks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements
