Job Description:

We are looking for a Human Resources Compliance Manager to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will oversee compliance across HR policies, employee documentation, and legal standards, ensuring audit-readiness and alignment with federal and state regulations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and is passionate about creating and maintaining robust compliance practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the review, revision, and implementation of HR policies and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with legal standards
  • Conduct audits of personnel files, including I-9 documentation, to maintain accuracy and readiness for inspections
  • Manage the scheduling and tracking of mandatory compliance training sessions for employees
  • Monitor leave of absence (LOA) requests and workplace accommodations in collaboration with benefits providers
  • Prepare and assist in filing federal and state reports, such as EEO-1 and VETS-4212 documentation
  • Communicate updates to HR policies and compliance practices to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve and streamline compliance infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all compliance-related processes
  • Support multi-state compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to varying regulations

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in human resources or compliance-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with HR systems, such as Workday or similar platforms, preferred
  • Prior experience conducting audits or drafting policies is a plus
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are an advantage
