We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Clerk to join our team in Wasco, California. In this role, you will support the HR department by managing clerical tasks, front desk operations, and collaborating with team members. This position is ideal for professionals with midlevel HR background.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth operations within the department
Collaborate with HR team to address projects, and office operations
Assist in conducting employee relations investigations and document findings accurately
Utilize Spanish language skills to enhance communication with employees and address their needs effectively
Maintain organized records and answer calls
Participate in HR meetings and provide assistance where needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
Strong understanding of company policies and procedures
Proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing HR tasks and documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Nice to have:
HR certification is preferred, demonstrating advanced knowledge of human resources practices
