As a HSEDS Human Resources Clerk you are responsible for assisting the organization through HR related tasks of: processing paperwork, assisting with documents, scheduling interviews, responding to employee inquiries and assisting other administrative task

Assisting other administrative tasks
Assisting with job descriptions for available vacancies
Assist with scheduling and conducting interviews
Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new employees
Assisting with updating documents within the organization
Verification of employee documents and organizing them appropriately
Perform data entry and filing of HR related documents
Collaboration with various departments whenever needed
Assisting with attendance and vacation documentation
Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
One-year experience preferrable
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail in proofreading
Demonstrated exceptional computer software skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
A high degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality
Knowledge of labour laws, legislation and HR practices is advantageous
Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check is a condition of employment
