Airbus Commercial is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Mobile, AL. Job Responsibility:
Act as a strategic business partner
Delivering high quality, customer-focused service
Implementing Region Wide HR projects, programs and processes
Change Management
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience
6 years of progressive HR experience in a CoE or generalist role
Experience working in a multi-functional international environment or Aerospace, preferred
PHR, SPHR or SHRM certifications strongly desired
Authorized to Work in the US
Travel Required: 15% Domestic and International
