Field Sales Solutions is looking for a proactive, commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our people, culture, and long‑term success. As our HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted consultant to senior leaders, managers, and colleagues across the business. You’ll bring expert HR knowledge, sound judgement, and a solutions‑focused mindset to a wide range of people matters — from talent management and organisational development to employee relations and performance. You’ll work closely with the HR Director to deliver key HR initiatives, ensure legal compliance, and support the implementation of our business strategy. This is a hands‑on, varied role where your expertise will directly influence organisational capability and employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Provide expert advice, coaching and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
Translate business needs into effective HR practices and people solutions
Deliver HR initiatives across workforce planning, resourcing, talent management, reward, engagement, and performance
Lead and support complex employee relations cases, identifying patterns and driving improved people practices
Analyse people data to identify trends and inform decision‑making
Support organisational change, including restructuring and TUPE activity
Champion equality, diversity and inclusion across the business
Contribute to learning & development initiatives and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and internal requirements
Promote and embody the Field Sales Solutions values in everything you do
