We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Blandon, PA. This role supports day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with employees and leadership to deliver employee relations support, recruiting, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
Manage employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations with discretion and professionalism
Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Administer benefits and leave programs, including health insurance, open enrollment, and LOA coordination
Maintain accurate personnel files, HR documentation, and compliance records
Assist with safety initiatives and Workers’ Compensation processes
Provide HR coverage in the absence of the HR Manager and support HR projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
SHRM certification is a plus
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and HR compliance
Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee matters
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice to have:
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
