Talkiatry is actively seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team, to provide strategic HR support to our growing organization while partnering with the HRBP team to support strategic goals. This role will be responsible for partnering with leaders to manage employee relations and support organizational development. Additionally, this role will be responsible for operational HR tasks and special projects as needed in support of the HRBP team. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with the HRBP team, as well as leadership, Learning & Development, and other partner organizations, to ensure HR practices are aligned with the organization's objectives and support an engaging employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as trusted HR business partner to leadership by providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals
Collaborate with management to address HR-related needs and proactively support initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement
Advise leadership on employee relations issues, talent management, and performance optimization
Work with managers to address and resolve conflicts, promote open communication, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Support the performance management process, in partnership with leadership, ensuring that performance goals are aligned with organizational and objectives, and assist leaders in providing coaching and feedback to optimize employee performance
Manage administration of compensation adjustments and bonus payments in partnership with HR Operations and Payroll as they arise
Submit promotions and reporting line changes for processing as they arise
Track employee relations, ensuring all latest documentation is up to date and report on data as needed to identify trends
Partner with HR Operations to coordinate and manage workplace accommodation requests for employees, working as conduit between HR Operations and leadership to align on and implement reasonable accommodations as needed
Partner with the Learning & Development team on onboarding support, gathering new hire experience data and reporting on insights to ensure a continually engaging and effective experience for new hires
Analyze HR data as needed to provide insights on employee relations, performance, retention, and compensation, presenting findings for areas to suggest process improvements
Conduct exit interviews and related offboarding tasks, gathering feedback to inform retention strategies
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to continuously meet the HR support needs of the growing organization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
3+ years progressive HR experience, providing HR business partnership to growing organizations
Healthcare industry experience a plus
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, aligning HR practices with organizational goals
Proficiency in ADP, HRIS systems, and MS Office and Google suites
Experience working closely with teams in a remote setting, healthcare/telehealth a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with performance tracking, exit interviews, and retention strategy development
Experience with reasonable accommodations process and HR best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment while managing multiple priorities
