As the HRBP you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals, talent development, and a positive employee experience. This role provides hands-on support across employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational development.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on performance, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
Conduct timely, thorough investigations related to employee concerns, complaints, or policy violations
Coach managers on effective leadership practices, documentation, and employee engagement strategies
Identify themes and recommend proactive solutions to improve workplace culture
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview strategies, and candidate selection processes
Support full-cycle recruiting for key roles, including screening, interviewing, and offer development
Oversee onboarding and new‑hire assimilation to ensure a strong start and retention
Guide managers through performance review cycles, goal setting, and improvement plans
Provide coaching to employees and leaders on career development and growth opportunities
Drive talent development initiatives such as training sessions, leadership development, and skill‐building programs
Ensure consistent application of company policies, practices, and regulatory compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage & hour, etc.)
Manage leave administration, accommodations, and related documentation
Support HR data integrity, reporting, and metrics to inform leadership decisions
Participate in policy updates, handbook revisions, and process improvements
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, team structure, and succession planning
Analyze HR trends (turnover, engagement, training needs) and present actionable insights
Facilitate change management initiatives, communication plans, and leadership alignment
Lead or support HR projects such as culture initiatives, DEI efforts, engagement surveys, or system implementations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP) preferred
3–7 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to build relationships, influence leaders, and handle confidential matters with discretion
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and conflict-resolution skills
Comfortable balancing strategic support with hands-on HR operational tasks
Experience in fast-paced, multi-department environments preferred
