We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business unit leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals, driving impactful initiatives across workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. Job Responsibility:
Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring workforce planning and talent acquisition meet current and future needs
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions, including succession planning, performance management, and compensation strategies
Facilitate organizational change efforts, advising on structure and processes to optimize efficiency and performance
Support the review and development of high-potential employees through succession planning and talent development initiatives
Provide expert guidance on compensation practices, ensuring alignment with company philosophy and pay-for-performance principles
Assess and address training and policy needs, coordinating with HR COEs to implement effective solutions
Monitor and evaluate development goals for employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing opportunities for growth
Serve as a strategic advisor on employee engagement, retention strategies, and workforce development
Manage annual and ad-hoc HR processes within assigned business units, ensuring smooth execution and compliance
Collaborate across HR functions to address complex issues and deliver value-added services to the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a corporate environment
Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent management, employee relations, and compensation
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound judgments
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in facilitating organizational change and providing HR solutions in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with HRIS systems and corporate HR policies and strategies
