We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team! In this role, you will report directly to the Director, Talent Strategy & HR Business Support. In this strategic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and key partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives that align talent strategies with business objectives. Your focus will be on enabling business success through leadership coaching, strategic workforce planning, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will lead HR initiatives that enhance organizational capability, drive transformation, and create a focused talent strategy. Through deep business acumen and HR expertise, you will influence leadership decisions, ensuring the business remains competitive, agile, and ready to meet its goals.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leadership, providing expertise in talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning
Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders to influence decisions, challenge the status quo, and drive a strategic HR agenda
Partner with business leaders to identify and address current and future talent needs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
Facilitate strategic discussions and processes, including workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational design
Collaborate with COEs to ensure seamless execution of talent acquisition, DEI, performance management, learning and development, and compensation strategies
Equip leaders with the tools and frameworks to manage and develop their teams effectively, fostering accountability and engagement
Act as a change leader by designing and implementing strategies that address organizational challenges, support transformation, and drive continuous improvement
Advocate for employees by addressing concerns, creating positive employee experience, and providing guidance on sensitive matters with diplomacy and empathy
Leverage external market insights and industry trends to inform and shape HR strategies that position the organization as a leader in talent and innovation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions
Possess leadership coaching skills, with a proven ability to build trust, influence decisions, and drive results
Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to align people strategies with business objectives
Future-focused, leveraging market trends and external insights to anticipate opportunities and challenges
Possess a deep understanding of organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning
Excel in leading strategic initiatives, balancing long-term goals with immediate priorities
Experience facilitating and driving leadership development, talent reviews, and succession planning processes
Show expertise in navigating complex, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders
Exhibit a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and are skilled in embedding these values into all aspects of HR strategy
Data-driven decision-maker, capable of using HR metrics and analytics to inform strategy and measure impact
