Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
or equivalent experience
5 - 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role, in multi-unit, multi state organizations preferably in retail, hospitality or fitness environment
Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, and employment laws
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
Ability to thrive in a performance culture within a high-growth, rapidly scaling organization with competing priorities
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills
Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
