Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide consultation, advice, and hands on support for the execution of human capital strategies and leadership initiatives in support of strategic business decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements
Provide consultation, advice, and hands on support for execution of human capital strategies and leadership initiatives
Review and analyze basic business assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
Support implementation and monitoring of strategies, programs, and solutions across a business or enterprise function
Assess internal and external environment to monitor and drive human resources initiatives and programs
Identify and deliver human capital strategies, programs, solutions, and process improvements
Collaborate and consult with business leaders to identify human resources related opportunities
Collaborate with internal partners such as legal, risk, and communications

Requirements:

2+ years of Human Resources Advisory or Human Resources Business Partner experience
Master's degree in human resource management
2+ years of experience in managing employee count of 1000+
Experience into GCC or BFSI industry
Relevant experience in HR and relevant experience in working as HR Business Partner
Strong analytical and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong execution capability
Strong business partnership experience in a complex/matrix organization
Experience in working in global GCC operating in the region

Nice to have:

Master's degree in human resource management
Experience into GCC or BFSI industry
Strong business partnership experience in a complex/matrix organization
Experience in working in global GCC operating in the region
